If Chris leaves the "stuff" that Karl posts up and someone who knows a little less than the average diver on this board, whatever average is reads it and takes it for good info. Like for instance a newly certified diver.
There is a good chance of that person being hurt.
I wonder where that would leave Chris and the board in the litigation that follows?
Chris being the board owner, and an experienced diver who should know that the information Karl is posting is bad and dangerous, and having control and obviousy exercising that control at will at some posts. Know that the "stuff" Karl post is bad an leaving it up anyway, my uninformed guess is that Chris and maybe the other "moderators" would share in the liability if an accident happened.
In the mean time all those that know about Karl's BS can do is at least call him on it.
The problem of course being with that ist that Chris or one of the other "moderators" may delete the posts saying they are personal attacks on Karl...go figure????
