Perhaps a more cogent,relevant topic would be the impact on fish populations of all your and everyone else's crap(literal interpretation)on said critters and others. Not to be melodramatic,BUT, humans and, more notably, the fishies suffer from human activities on a scale FAR larger than spearfishing alone. To fish or not to fish, follow your own ethics, as I will mine.
