If Truth Aquatics had that policy it has been long gone for at least 10 years. I beleive their minimum # to run is 15.I have been cancelled so many times with them i just gave up on signing up.
The Peace out of Ventura needs at least 10 to make it a go.Which makes it a bit easier to get out on a trip.
I do not know how these companies can afford to stay in buisiness.
