I asked about ascent time, and if this is exactly the advice that got you bent twice.

Now even the most basic diver knows it should take AT LEAST six minutes to complete an ascent from 99 feet.

Please enlighten us as to how an "instructor" can offer such advice.

Isn't this the exact same type of ascents that got you bent twice ???

Just stick to facts and stay on topic.
