First, Paul Braunbehrens is not a buddy of mine.
I've never dived with him.

Second, Paul posted the story of how he got bent at

The bend symptoms were minor, immediately recognized and
treated with O2, which is standard first aid for
DCS. It cleared up in short order, he implies
before they got back to the dock.

You told the tale of how you got bent in

You said you were "sick in bed all week with
flu-like sypmtoms". That goes WAY past time to
see the doc.

Paul was diving within his training. You were
not.
