Yeah, there's jobs. There's gotta be jobs, cuz I go to one everyday, all my neighbors go to jobs every day, my wife works at the high school 2 blocks away (good school). I bought my house for $168K in 1994 and just learned that a house on my block sold in a bidding war for $630K, so some kind of work is bringing these people here.

People can't take sitting on a freeway, sucking smog, and getting shot at anymore so they are moving up here. Can't say I blame em.
