I long ago abandon snorkels and went with the strap under hood. However on this day I dove so much this weekend I only had an old steel 72 from the Seahunt days as the last tank with air. Since Phil had a set of double 90s I decided to use a snorkel to maximize my air. I fumbled with it at just the wrong time and swoosh it was gone. Since I had found a snorkel here last month I figgered that it was Poseidon's due...
It was an odd day. I usually don't use a snorkel, I don't usually dive a steel 72, and I don't usually hide Phil's wallet in a "Triple Jumbo Mocha Sacred Cow Ice Mint Creme Late".
But it was a good way to spend memorial day.
