It's too early yet to write anyone. The prosecutor appears to be taking this case seriously (so no need to write her) and the trial judge hasn't been assigned yet.
The authorities have been told that (a) divers think the self-defense bit is a crock, and (b) the shot isn't placed where a defensive shot would be placed.
We'll put out info when it's time to write. But be happy that this time there is the appearance that the case is being taken seriously.
