The Best of Show nudibranch (Janolus Barbarensis (sp?)) is pretty rare. I've only seen one or two
in over a thousand dives in Monterey, but never one
big enough to get a shot like that.
However, their were about four entries in the
contest with it, from at least a couple of different
people. So either there were several around or
several people found the same one.
