He's got a real good thing going here. In Iran, thieves are subject to their own version of the three strikes law: strike one - one hand goes; strike two - the other hand goes; strike three - the neck goes.
Maybe the local dive community could put together a little fundraiser, and buy Mr. Adhami a one-way ticket to Tehran.
