FireFox is a very popular fully standards compliant freeware browser that uses SUN Java.
The reason your web page does not work is you used MS Front Page to make it. MS Front Page is notorious for producing web pages that only work with IE. FrontPage is a very poor choice for a web page editor. The code it produces is very difficultto edit directly.
Mozilla Composer contains a good freeware web page editor. My personal favorite web page editor is Dreamwaever. I use the 4.0 version. It produces code that is very human friendly and easy to directly edit. Also the web pages it produces are standards complaint, unlike FrontPage.
