Hi Frank,
You are mistaken if you think your Deep Air card has anything to do with EANx (hence the name). Deep Air Diver has nothing to do with EANx. Your Nitrox diver card already allows you to dive anything between 22% and 40%. All Deep Air Diver did for you was certify you to do essentially no decompression dives to 130'.
Nothing illogical about that.
