We probably passed each other - I started fishing in the harbor for bonita in 1972. We (illegally) would tie a weight beyond a treble hook and snag the bonita from the short rocks. The bonita were so plentiful, you would get a fish on almost every cast. Alternatively, we would bubble fish with a yellow feather. Those were the days.
The breakwall (on the outside) is a fantastic dive during the day and even more fun at night.
Today, it wasn't that great a place, with the brown water and dead fish. Hopefully, this is a rare occurance and will pass quickly.
