However that begins the long drawn-out process whose outcome is not clearly defined. Look at the 3-time loser, scumbag down in San Diego, "I was afraid!" "I shot the fishy in self defense!" Or perhaps the preening poacher overheard in the restaurant, "Gee, officer, I don't know HOW those lobster got tangled in my pantyhose. "They must have attacked me and I didn't notice them stuck there..."
Yep, dropping a dime is probably the correct way, but it doesn't have nearly the gratification of backing over the guy in the parking lot... ;-)
