Keep in mind that semi closed circuit rebreathers that are constant flow like Draegers off-gas nitrox about every 4-5 breaths.....these bubbles are faily coarse although an aftermarket diffuser is available.

As to fully closed circuit, there is no offgassing unless ascending and venting gas expansion from your loop....

I have always dived open circuit with an Oceanic Omega.....great regulator......and it never felt cold....on rebreathers, the gas one breathes does not feel warm although it is, but it for sure never feels cold. Plus most everyone diving a 'breather is diving drysuits anyway.....so we're already warm....
