You know, the bible establishes the punishment for stealing a mans bull as returnign two to him.

I like the idea that in addition to restitution and expenses, he was sentenced to community service at the Animal Rescue Center. That makes so much sense.

Of the few times I have fished, I have had bait stolen by mammals, and big tuna chomped in half by sharks. Both were disppointed side effects but we all understood that it is all part of the natural law. We were a spectacle to it, and we knew it was utterly out of the control of the Captain, and he would be the last guy who should take that blame.

I am not sure what the hell would go through the mind of a Captain who I am sure was thinking business dropoff that no fisherman in his right mind would hold a fishing captain accountable for bait being stolen....

What the was this guy thinking.....
