I had to take a diver to L.B. Memorial's chamber once. He had to call DAN plus his health insurance company to get clearance before they would admit him. The best thing to do is get DAN or a similar dive insurance and call them immediately if you suspect a possible hit. They will contact the nearest chamber and get the ball rolling for you.
