Both Tamera Kendal and John Walker live in Ca. and have resigned from GUE. Not to mention several others outside of Ca. like Ted Cole and Nick. These are, were, some of the best dive educators ever, teaching the most advanced levels of scuba. Isn't it strange that they have left and we are stuck with a slew of fundamentals instructors. Ya, these guys are the ones that get to push new dive gear to the newly participating DIR "want-a-be's". And they taught the true DIR style, not this newer drumed up version.
The only GUE tech instructor in Ca. is Andrew. MHK is not and probably never will be a tech instructor with any agency. Oh well, maybe except for PADI.
