It's hard to say whether your image is of a giant kelpfish or a spotted kelpfish. I'm bothered by the length of the pectoral fin - in the spotted kelpfish, it should reach almost to the anal pore...

Too bad we can't see the tail - the giant kelpfish's tail is forked, all other kelpfish have rounded tails.
