Excellent point......on one hand, if it weren't for these DFG criminals, there probably wouldn't even be any abalone, so on one hand, I want them to exist........BUT.....I am not willing to sacrifice my Constitutional Rights because they can't do their job within the confines of the Constitution, and if there is going to be a set of rules they expect people to abide by, then they need to take a dose of their own medicine......those conducting these Constitution busting mass arrests need to be rounded up, jailed and tried for crimes against the citizenry if they are going to try to operate outside the law.
