Why is it that people continue to buy gear that is nearly invisible in the water? Black and blue fins are a great example. Yes, they look pretty cool on the wall in the dive shop or on Army recruitment posters. But, in the real world, any color other than black or blue is better. Once dropped in the surf, about the only way to find them is by Braille.
What's even worse are the color coordinated weight dumps in gray/black/blue or some other "stealth" color". Always a smart idea to make these blend right in...
