ScubaPro has yellow twin jets, so the visibility issue is addressed. Divers I've spoken to like this type of fin. My wife likes her rubber split fins (black) for beach entry; we almost always wear fins in and out of the surf - haven't lost one yet. My observation is that split fins are fine for regular swims, but aren't as fast as Jet fins or Cressi frogs in a current or really hard swim.
You can get any color of Jet fin you like as long as you like black! Wouldn't trade 'em for any other fin...surprising, since this design has been around since about 1965. Hard to beat perfection.
