After all the television shows about California and its great sunny climate and everything its so strange that the water temperatures, in June(!), are in the mid forties! Is it normal at this time of year? I would of guessed it would be in teh 80's or something (before learning anything about ocean currents), and after that maybe in the lower 60's??
