if you say you want to dive off santa barbara, then
i'm guessing you want to dive off the channel isles.
if so, you may want to contact the boat op 'truth
aquatics' which is based out of santa barbara. they
have a fleet of 3 boats and you can find their contact
info on this website--just click on the boat page link.
best wishes and have fun--cal diving is quite different
from, say, florida diving as i found out. you should
not be disappointed.
