Hi:
I am a skin diver for abs. I mention PADI certification since PADI trainning give my a lot of information about diving safety, and ocean condition wareness etc.
BTW: I never did scuba diving north of SF yet. I know the rules.
BTW: In PADI open water trainning, ocean diving module 3 which is optional, is a skin diving skills.
