The less fatigue is a wives tale for which there is no proof. In our cold water diving enviornment here in California fatigue is mostly caused by loss of body heat.
Only a rebreather in which the air is warm may help this. One looses as much heat through breathing cold Nitrox out of a tank as breathing cold air.
