Frankly the fact that they might make the rigs no take zones is the most positive thing I've heard about this bill yet. I'm a photographer but even if you do take game you need to recognize that without some no take zones to allow for species to replenish themselves there won't be any game to take. Oil rigs may not be the best place for this but it has to be better than nothing.
