If you a worried about getting SPAM, just embed "NOSPAM" in your email address. That way some one responding to you can remove it, but the SPAM bots will not be able to get to you.
Please do not accuse someone publicly, unless you have proof. How do you know it was not another person named Rick, or posing as Rick?
If you truly believe you are being maligned by someone using your name, email me privately, and perhaps I can help you.
