At the shop I worked at for nine years all accessories(clips, bumper stickers, straps, etc.) were marked up 100%. Regulators were generally up 20-30%, wetsuits 30% and tanks 15-20%. Being located at 22nd St. Landing made it convenient for divers boarding the boats to pick up anything they forgot, such as fin and mask straps as well as rental gear. We had a steady walk up business as well as a good customer base. Unfortunately, economic changes and relocation of many of the dive boats meant we were SOL.
