Wow.. I am having a similar experience... but not quite as bad as Cancer's... although I could see it going that way down the road.

The dive shop I was certified at is very expensive, and they seem to have a "we're doing you a favor" kind of attitude. I've actually decided to look around and find a shop that's more reasonable.

I would also like to find a place that realizes that customer service generates loyalty... not the other way around.

I would love to have a place to go to and have a good relationship with. I would even be willing to spend a little more if I felt the customer service was outstanding.

That's my two cents.
