My other sport is photography. I can save a BUNCH of money buy mail ordering lenses, lights, etc from New York. I don't. I go to a local camera dealer where I can touch, feel, press, test, talk, learn, share, etc, etc. Is it worth the 20 - 30 percent more I pay? You bet! And I don't even rely on my camera to keep me alive, like I do dive gear. If a shop owner or customer is being rude, shame on them. But if price is all that matters....give up diving. And don't take up photography either.....
