"raincheck" situation before.
This is my advice.
Write them a nice letter requesting a full and immediate refund.
Please cite California State Law Business and
Professions Code 17550.14 that states " In the event
the transportation or travel services contracted
for is not provided by a seller of travel . . .
. . . the seller of travel shall promptly return
to the passenger all monies paid for service not performed . .
If this does not get you ALL your money back,
please e-mail me privately for step number
two, which a will definately get you ALL your
money back.
