They don't usually allow it - but a six pack can
slip in easily and be gone before the rig staff
can take action. It's the larger boats that drop
5 times + divers on the site that are targets
for the USCG to be called. If they didn't get
permission, they are on the site until the last
diver is out of the water or until the USCG shows
up. The big boats play by the rules, the smaller
privateers and six-packs hit and run.
