Does anyone have any good recommendations on great dive spots in Laguna Beach and the surrounding areas esp. when diving conditions are not optimal. I tried to beach dive Laguna Beach yesterday but the visibility was 5 feet or less. So I guess my question is this, when the conditions are poor in Laguna are they better anywhere else? Could I have dove south of Laguna in better conditions?
