How can I choose a local shop to take courses? I need a "refresh" course, and also would like to get my husband certified (woo, Certified Husband - I hope it means he'll be there just to help me with the equipment and will do the cleaning afterwards! I wish). What should I look for in a local shop? How can I feel safe, or more comfortable, in my choice? We're in Los Angeles area.
