Why do I consider it easy?

You gear up at the side of the road, and walk
60-100 yards to the edge of the water. (You
already confirmed it is diveable, of course)
Put your mask on, reg in, and perhaps fins and
quickly cover the 15ft zone where the surf breaks.
Once you're past that, you do a nice paddle out
as far as you plan to, drop down and do your dive,
and then, air permitting, return to just before
the surf zone. It's shallow enough so that you
generally can make it all the way back.

If the waves have been mild, you don't even surface.
You go right to crawling out in a nice stealth exit.
Sometimes the people on the beach don't notice until
you're standing next to them.

Then you walk back to the car.

Tired and hungry, but that's typical of any beach dive.

At other sites, you often have to walk further from
available (and pricy) parking. You do more kicking
on the surface. You fight more current which is rare
at Monastery. Surge is pretty much the same everywhere.
