I have only dove on one CA boat, but I researched many more. Lots of people I talk to like the Liberty and the Peace boats out of Ventura. I was searching around and I noticed that they both havereduced price weekday diving. I don't know if this will be of any help to you but I hope it is. To find out more go here:
