Last weekend, some buddies and I hauled a Zodiac up to Monterey from San Luis Obispo to do some halibut hunting. The weather was great, it was really flat, and we were ready for action. We dropped down at about 55' and I could barely see my hand in front of my face. We immediately surfaced and headed home.
We're definitely anxious to go back and try again. It would be great to have e-mail contact with a diver or two in the Monterey Bay area who can verify conditions/visibility, particularly for hunting. If that's you, I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks!
