My first warm water dive in almost one year! The top 40 feet was 67 degrees! Below the thermocline it was 52, which is what I'm used to diving in this year. We were on our way to Osborne Bank when the swells past the west end of Catalina changed our float plan for us. 60'+ vis and strong currents. My buddy said he didn't notice the current until we were in it because there were no floating particulates. The kelp was lying flat below 130'.
