On Sunday, August 6, 2000 I have chartered the "Mr. C" dive boat to hit some local wrecks off the Long Beach and San Pedro areas. These are shallow wrecks, no deeper than 80 FSW, and are just right for new
wreck divers and experienced wreck diver alike. All of the wrecks we are going to hit are not dove very often due to limited visibility and a complete lack of those large orange fish that are always getting in my way. ( gari - something ?? )
We are going to hit the Joanna Smith ( aka 14 minute wreck ), the F S
Loop ( aka 7 minute wreck ) and maybe one or two others.
Cost is $ 70 per diver, and that includes airfills, but does not include food. We are leaving the dock at 7:00 AM and expect a minimum of three dives, conditions and weather permitting.
