Thanks for all the info. Dived Cayucos (sp?) with so-so results on Tuesday & Shell Beach on Friday morning. Vis was milky with max vis about 8'. However Shell Beach is spectacular with thick, lush beds, lots of sea lions and even a couple of whales 1/4 mile out that morning. What a great way to end my time up there!!!!
On Sunday I thought about diving around Morrow Rock and found thousands of brown Jelly fish in the water. They ran all up and down the coast as far as we could see. Tuesday we went to Hearst Beach and didn't see one. Weirdest thing I've seen in a long while.
