Do you know a Dive Shop that gives some kind of refund if rental gear cannot be used because of weather conditions. I am moving to CA for a one-year-visit and would not like to buy a scuba equipment of my own. I can dive only weekends so it would be a pity if I rent a gear for weekend and cannot get a refund when bringing the gear back unused.
