i have rented tanks and there are times when one
decides to make the call to not dive based on
conditions, but one has just rented a full tank.
why not return the tank, w/all the air, and get
a refund--or credit--since that is now considered
an unused product...?
i'm not advocating running a dive shop out of
business, but i do believe there can be some
leeway, especially when it comes to renting tanks and
not having the chance to use them at all.
