No, I didn't hear about the death. What happened ? I did find a little bit more about the guy who died in Catalina by himself. Apparently, he was taking heart medication and his tank was empty. Don't know what that means, but perhaps, he had a heart attack underwater, and couldn't get back to the surface before running out of air. One death too many that may been avoided if he dove with a buddy. Who knows ?
