I Fiji, but the U.S State Dept. from what I hear has advised not going to Fiji. The other places are very far away. They are great places too.
My idea of a vacation is play until you can't stand up no more then rest and start over again. I mean dive in the morning and paly golf in the afternoon and party for awhile. I like to do this in Hawaii--Kona. Even if you don't play golf and don't want to pary then go site seeing. Hawaii has a lot to offer both in active and passive site seeing. Flume the Ditch is an active site seeing trip as is walking to the hot volcano stuff.
Mexico still has a lot to offer so I really don't know. I think I will still go to Hawaii, Kona or maybe Maui. The big differance is that Hawaii is part of the U.S.
