I don't want to sound to harsh, but based on your question it is clear that you need to get some training in Nitrox before you use it.
Nitrox is a very worthwhile medium of diving but it does have it's dangers. All these dangers can be easily avoided, but the proper way to avoid them is to get quality training, not to pose questions such as this to the NG.
