The water is always open for diving over here, But be sure you have the right suit. atleased a 6.5 or even a dry suit is reccomended for Dec. - Jan. diving. There is many kelp fields and lots of great diving to be experienced. We also now have "The Yukon" (a 360' canadian battle ship) for our diving pleasure.
