I have had my Apollos for a year now and really like them. I have some very minor knee problems and for some reason these fins are more comfortable than the more traditional style fins. I have a normal, from-the-hip style kick (not a bicycle kick) and find these fins really deliver on power and comfort. I'm also very happy with the quick releases. Another fin you might want to look into are the new Atomics. Like the Apollos, they're a split fin, but the Atomics are much stiffer. I tried them out in the pool last month and really liked them. If I ever upgrade, I might go for the Atomics.
