This is what I'm talking about. Now you're saying that this wreck should be off limits to anyone who isn't "DIR" or some "Tech" agency certified? This is exactly the problem I have with this "tech" label. Nobody has a right to tell me where I can and can't dive. It should remain my decision to decide whether I'm qualified to dive this wreck, and to what level (if any) I want to venture into its interior.
