I don't quite understand what you mean here. That is
exactly what I want in all forms of recreation.
But again, it comes down to what you're really suggesting here.
At times you are just making strong suggestions, at other times
it sounds more like proposed regulations. I'm more than fine
with the former. The latter would encourage me to take a
private boat.
I'd agree that recalling all of those dive maps with the
entry/exit points would be a good idea. Maybe redoing the
internal would be a good project - you might be able to make
it a task for all of the wreck diving courses. How were those
marked to survive algae growth anyhow?
